Each person or business is a separate order and a separate fee. There's no limit on how many you submit.
If documents exceed 50 pages, printing is $0.20 per page for the entire document, paid before the proof is released.
This applies even if the person avoids service or can't be found. Cancel before attempts begin and a $35 cancellation fee applies.
Unless you choose On-Demand, attempts happen on random days at random times. On-Demand includes one guaranteed scheduled attempt.
First attempt is within 5 business days. Completing all three attempts can take additional time depending on volume.
Severe weather may delay attempts. We prioritize server safety and resume as soon as it's safe.

Beyond standard service, we offer additional options for more complex or time-sensitive situations. These are not included in standard service. Availability depends on timing, location, and current workload, and must be confirmed with our office. Most are arranged after your order is submitted.

Standard service is attempted on random days at random times, and specific days or times can't be selected unless you choose On-Demand service.
For certain cases we may be able to accommodate evening-only attempts, weekend attempts, or a specific-day attempt as an upgraded service. These are arranged after the order is placed and must be confirmed with our office.
A dedicated surveillance service for evasive individuals. A server is positioned with a view of the address for a scheduled window, engages anyone arriving or leaving, and completes a single attempt at the close of the stakeout.
Stakeouts require advance planning and coordination and are not automatically included. Currently available in Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC. We usually recommend standard service first, since it offers more flexibility.
Additional documentation for court use, tailored to your case. This can include multiple photographs, time and location verification, and a more detailed written report beyond the standard proof of service.
After you submit your order, your confirmation email will reference these options so you can request any you need at that point.

Yes. Payment in full is required before we begin for all new and non-pre-approved clients. Certain established clients with billing set up go through an approval process first.

Each person must be submitted as a separate order. There's no limit on how many you submit, as long as each is its own order.
For Same-Day service, please call our office to check availability before or right after submitting — we accommodate when we can, on a case-by-case basis. For 2-Day Rush submitted after noon, an additional day is added.
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second confirmation once we begin working it.
The first attempt is within 5 business days. Completing all three attempts can take additional time, depending on volume. The 5-day first attempt is a target, not a guarantee.
Not with standard service. Specific timing is available through On-Demand service or as an optional enhancement, which carries an additional fee determined case by case.
Same-Day Rush is completed at some point during the day — the time isn't specified — and is confirmed case by case. On-Demand is a specific date and time you choose, used to reach someone where we know they'll be at a set time.
Possibly, on a case-by-case basis. It isn't guaranteed except with On-Demand, which includes them.
We attempt service as conditions safely allow and resume as soon as it's safe. Server safety comes first during snow, ice, or major storms.
Three attempts are included, except On-Demand, which includes one scheduled attempt.
We make industry-standard attempts and do everything we can to serve on the first round. If more is needed, alternative services let you order additional attempts.
Additional attempts can be purchased as alternative services.
You're notified once service is complete and receive the affidavit of service at that time. If we learn something that could hinder service, we'll contact you and offer options.
No. There's no limit on the number of pages you can submit.
Up to 50 pages prints free. At 51 pages or more, printing is $0.20 per page for the entire document — for example, a 51-page document is billed at $0.20 across all 51 pages.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days. Priority (1–2 days) and same-day options are available subject to availability and time of day.
Yes. We file affidavits in Maryland, DC, and Virginia state courts. For federal cases or areas outside these states, you would file.
All Maryland, DC, and Virginia state courts. We don't file in federal court.
Standard is 3–5 business days, Priority is 1–2 business days, and Same-Day is completed the same day — subject to case load, availability, and time of day.
No refunds once attempts have started. If you cancel before attempts begin, a $35 cancellation fee applies.
You can upgrade, but you can't downgrade.
Handled case by case. If caught before attempts begin, it can usually be corrected without issue. If attempts have already started at the wrong address, a new service fee applies.
Reply to your confirmation email with the upgrades you'd like. You'll receive an invoice for the enhanced services.
It can be guaranteed as an On-Demand or enhanced service for an additional fee. Standard service can't guarantee specific timing.
A server waits with a view of the address and attempts to serve the right person, engaging anyone seen entering or leaving, with one knock at the end of the window. It's best for evasive individuals. We usually recommend standard service first, since stakeouts are time-specific and less flexible.

We review your documents to catch common errors that delay issuance, make sure paperwork is proper, and submit to the correct courthouse. The filing fee is included. We follow up with the courthouse, pick up the subpoena when issued, and begin 2-day rush service. Once served, the affidavit is filed with the courthouse.
Yes, as a standalone service for appropriate situations, determined case by case after a brief conversation.
Self-represented orders typically involve more guidance — additional instructions, calls, and explanation throughout the process — which is reflected in the pricing. Attorney and law-firm orders are usually more streamlined.
